We prepare authentic homemade food, typical recipes from the traditional cuisine of the area. Natural cuisine with fresh seasonal produce, quality ingredients, prepared with care, love and dedication.
The organic products from the farm that we grow for our kitchen are almonds and walnuts that we use for our sweets, salads and stews. Oil that we make from our own olives in the Atzaneta de Albaida olive oil mill and use in all our dishes. Pickled olives. Lemons, loquats and figs for breakfasts and desserts and a wide variety of aromatic plants to decorate and enhance the fresh and natural taste of our cuisine. Oops! I forgot the eggs from our hens! ....
Our vegetable garden is the novelty of this year 2022, in this month of March we are harvesting garlic, broad beans, rocket, spinach, lettuce.... We are very happy and we want to share this news!!!

The basic breakfast consists of juice, coffee or tea, croissants, butter and jam, toast and an assortment of cold meats.
The energetic and very healthy "Happy day" breakfast has the ingredients of the basic breakfast plus yoghurts, cereals, dried fruits, an assortment of cold meats, cheese and scrambled eggs with bacon. It's not fattening!
