TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

If you want to check in after 12, please confirm with us. 
Please inform the hotel of your arrival time, especially if it is after 19:00 hrs. 


At Granja San Miguel we aim to make your stay in our house an experience in which you can enjoy the gastronomy, the animals, our games room, the different activities that can be carried out in our facilities and a peaceful rest.
For this reason, and regardless of the type of accommodation chosen and the number of beds occupied, ALL GUESTS, including children staying in the house, must pay for their stay. Children from 0 to 2 years old must pay for their cot 15€/night.

Pets
We welcome your pet: supplement of 10€ per day (it must be used to not climb on seats or beds).
Three dogs live in Granja San Miguel, we understand that in a place where animals are accepted, all of them must be able to coexist. If you have any questions please call us, we will listen to you. Pets sleep in the room with you, which is what you request 100% and it is the most reasonable thing to do, as the pet will be calmer and more relaxed near you.

Cancellations
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night for stays of two nights and 50% of the reservation for stays of more than 3 nights. 
     
Groups
For bookings of 4 rooms or more, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card. 
Cancellations of these bookings between 0 and 7 days will result in the total loss of this deposit.

Advance payment
Down payment 30% Payment will be made by credit card.
