You will find us at one end of the province of Valencia, here in
Salem.
The “Granja Sant Miquel” has superb views of the Serra
del Benicadell, in Vall d´Albaida county. A symbol of identity
for the local people, with doubtless appeal for visitors and especially
all those who rate natural resources and landscapes highly, the
Vall d´Albaida has as salient features its white earth and
very sweet fruit in summer, for each season of the year has its
own particular colour, as you will see for yourself when you visit
us.
“Granja Sant Miquel” came about as an ecotourism project
involving the recuperation of some obsolete premises which used
to be a pig farm owned by my family, that used to be in full production
from the 1950s to the 1980s.
“Granja Sant Miquel” is thus an ecotourism project which
also involves a great deal of personal satisfaction for me, through
being able to recover the space where my family lived for generations
prior to mine, and of which I feel so proud and at the same time
being able to share the simple life with friends, neighbours, new
friends and customers.
